  1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products and the customized requirements of many orders, returns are accepted only for items received in a damaged or incorrect condition. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products manufactured as per client specifications
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
• Products reported after the specified reporting period

  1. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our team with your order details, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue. Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.

  1. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

  1. Replacement Policy

In cases where a product is received damaged or incorrect, EON Exports may offer a replacement subject to product availability and verification of the claim.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch has commenced. Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
